The £149 covers the fixed price DQ200 no communication repair service, including inspection and testing for this specific fault. Shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.
If the unit is not repairable, there is no repair charge. The customer only covers shipping and must provide a prepaid return label.
The same-day turnaround option is an additional +£19.99, subject to booking, arrival time and inspection viability.
This is an optional +£29.99 add-on for customers who want extra attention to known age and factory-related weak points while the unit is already with us.
Previously opened, tampered or previously repaired units must be declared in advance. Acceptance is subject to inspection, and some units may be refused if earlier damage or poor previous repair affects viability.
The customer chooses the courier, is responsible for sending the unit to us and must provide a prepaid return label. We are not liable for loss, damage, delay or destruction in transit.
Yes. We can also have the complete vehicle with us, remove the module, inspect it, repair it where viable and refit it to the vehicle for a total of £799.
